Ashford Academy of Music  was opened by Orlaith in 2006 to cater for the growing need for Musical Education in the Ashford & Wicklow areas.  

Since opening in 2006 Ashford Academy is quickly becoming a well known centre of excellence, earning a well respected name within the Music Industry, with students passing their graded examinations  through ABRSM with Distinctions and First class honours.

We aim to offer a wide range of subjects and programmes, promoting and developing a diversity of performance ability.  Of course we understand that not everyone wishes to take exams, so we offer a programme of learning just for pleasure as well as following the examination route. 

Our aim is to provide for both young and old a platform to showcase their work from  absolute beginner to the more advanced student.  Our classes cater for the very young starting with our

Do Re Mi Music & Me programme right through to the Adult Appreciation Classes and group classes for both Junior and  Adult Musical Theatre.
